Green Smoothie Cleanse Diet

The green smoothie cleanse diet is a detox diet made up of leafy greens, fruits, water and seeds.
Green smoothies are healthy and tastefull.
This diet helps you to lose weight, detox your body, increase your energy levels and many other improvements.
You can try a program of 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days or 10 days.

Diet Plan
Breakfast
1 Serve of Green Smoothie
Snack
1 apple or 1 cucumber or 1 carrot
Lunch
1 Serve of Green Smoothie
Snack
1 apple or 1 cucumber or 1 carrot
Dinner
1 Serve of Green Smoothie

You should use only one recipe per day.
