Ingredients
300g cake (I use beetroot cake)
100g light cream cheese
3 tablespoon marmalade
8 waffle cones
Instructions
Step1
Place the cake to the food processor until grated.
Step2
Into a bowl put the grated cake, the light cream cheese and the malmalade and stir together.
Step3
Divide the mixture into 8 parts and shape them into balls. Put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step4
Place each ball into each waffle cone before serving.
This recipe is perfect for kids who loves to eat ice cream but you don't want to give them something frozen.
