Ingredients
1 cretan rusk
1 tomato
1 cucumber
100g feta cheese
7-8 olives
oregano
salt
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step1
Wet the cretan rusk with some water and break into pieces.
Step2
Put the broken rusk in the dish and add some extra virgin olive oil.
Step3
Cut tomato and cucumber into pieces and add in the dish.
Step4
Add some vinegar and some salt.
Step5
Cut the feta cheese into pieces and add it in the dish.

Add olives, some oregano and some extra virgin olive oil.
